If a signed agreement contains a different provision, that provision takes priority for the relevant engagement. Please raise any uncertainty before work starts.

Billing

We invoice on the cycle stated in your proposal, commonly each month. Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice. Approved expenses and work outside scope are billed only when agreed.

Overdue amounts may attract a reasonable late payment charge and may pause services after notice.

Confidentiality

Each party must protect confidential business information and use it only for the engagement. We handle records according to the agreed instructions and limit access to people who need it for the work.

These duties continue after the engagement ends.

Termination & Contact

Either party may end an engagement by giving the notice period stated in the service agreement. Where no period is stated, 30 days' written notice applies.
